- Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the marina, including the water area, to ensure fire safety and maintain a clean environment.
- Alcohol consumption: Consumption of alcohol is only permitted in designated areas within the marina water area. Drinking alcohol while operating a boat is strictly prohibited.
- Swimming and diving: For safety reasons, swimming and diving are strictly prohibited in the marina water area. Please use designated swimming areas outside the marina premises.
- Music and noise regulations: Playing music or generating excessive noise in the cockpit of the yacht is strictly prohibited at any time of the day. Inside the yacht, noise should be kept to a minimum from 23:00 to 08:00 hours to ensure a peaceful environment for all marina residents and neighboring vessels.
- Speed limits: All boats must adhere to the designated speed limits (3 kts) within the marina water area. High-speed operation is strictly prohibited to ensure the safety of all boaters.
- Anchoring guidelines: anchoring is strictly prohibited in the waters of the marina and in the immediate vicinity of the entrance
- Waste disposal: Dumping any waste, including sewage, trash, or oil, into the marina water area is strictly prohibited. Please utilize designated waste disposal facilities for proper disposal.
- Use of latrines and black tank emptying: It is strictly forbidden to use the latrine with opened kingstones or empty black tanks directly into the waters of the marina. Proper disposal facilities and pump-out stations are available within the marina premises for the responsible and environmentally-friendly disposal of waste. This rule is in place to maintain the cleanliness and ecological integrity of the marina waters, ensuring a healthy and enjoyable environment for all marina users and marine life. It is crucial to respect this rule and utilize the designated facilities for waste disposal provided by the marina to protect the water quality and preserve the natural ecosystem.

- Personal watercraft usage: The use of personal watercraft, such as jet skis, may be restricted or prohibited within the marina water area. Please consult with marina staff regarding any specific regulations.
- Commercial activities: Conducting any commercial activities, including advertising, selling goods, or conducting business, within the marina water area is strictly prohibited without prior authorization from the marina management.
- Electric scooters and bicycles: The use of electric scooters and bicycles is strictly prohibited throughout the marina premises, for the safety of all visitors and to maintain an organized environment.
- Flag usage: Only flags that are provided for by maritime law and serve the purpose of indicating navigational information or vessel identification are permitted within the marina water area. The display of flags representing nationality, political views, sexual orientation, or any other non-navigational purposes is strictly prohibited.
- Guest policy: It is strictly forbidden to invite guests onto your yacht who are not listed in the official crew list or authorized by the marina management. This policy ensures the security and accountability of all individuals within the marina premise
